Store the company logo with a Business payer profile and the bank logo with its bank account. Then use the template to control whether each logo prints, its position, addresses, phone numbers, borders, summary boxes, and security backgrounds.

A PDF preview should use the same template data as the final payroll export. This prevents a saved design from behaving differently during production.

Save specialized layouts as named copies so the original template remains available.
